Before you start with this application, make sure you have the following details ready:

• Vic Registration number and expiry date
• Other registration details if not Vic Reg
• Position applying for – in a drop down list
• Your Resume to attach, Qualifications, Employment History
• PostGrad details (if any) including: year, degree, Uni name

HMO2 applicants will be contacted to arrange an interview should they meet the selection criteria. Interviews will be conducted during August and September.

Check the closing dates carefully, as applications after the closing dates will not be considered.
