Austin Health & Northern Hospital anticipates 70 intern positions in 2009 maintaining our position as the largest intern program in the State. Key to the continued success of our program is the support and care given to our interns across this vital introduction to working in the hospital system. Austin Health (AH), an 850 bed teaching hospital, and The Northern Hospital (TNH), a large community hospital in Epping, are affiliated with the University of Melbourne. There is a joint appointment and rostering process for Interns encompassing Bendigo Health Care Group and Echuca Regional Health.
