Austin Health will be recruiting 61 interns in 2015. Key to the continued success of our program is the support and care given to our interns across this vital introduction to working in the hospital system.

Our second post graduate year (PGY2) medical, general and surgical streams allow you to concentrate on your areas of interest whilst keeping future options open. Personal situations and needs are considered with rostering and there is flexibility in rosters across the year. Austin Health are able to offer a wide variety of great rotations in second year of post graduate training.
Applications for PGY2 positions have closed for 2014. We will be advertising for 2015 positions during May 2014.
As a large tertiary hospital we offer a breadth and depth of third year rotations to hone your clinical development. We value and recognise your need for dedicated program-specific training as well as recognising the importance of balancing work, education and life commitments.
Applications for HMO3 General and Surgical positions will open late May 2014 and close on 3rd July 2014. Interviews for these positions will be held during July 2014. BPT2 applications will open and close according to the PMCV match dates.
